How much does the Lithessa stone facade cost?
Every project is priced individually, based on the surface area, substrate and design. You will first see the result through a visualisation and a sample, then receive a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
Will the facade crack? How do you handle expansion joints?
The facade is crafted directly on site as one piece, so it follows the house without cuts and joints where they do not belong. We work with a proven system build-up: primer, reinforcement and movement profiles. The building's expansion joints are respected within the build-up, not on the surface. The finished surface is protected with a sealing coat.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 5-year warranty on the facade realisation. The facade is designed to last for decades, and the protective layer shields it from water and frost.
How will I know what the facade will look like on my house?
You receive a visualisation of your own house within 24 hours, and we craft a sample to measure, so you can see the shade and texture in person. Both are free of charge when you place an order.
Is it natural stone?
Lithessa is stone crafted with our own technology, directly on your site. Unlike glued stone cladding, it does not come loose or fall away, and we shape it to the millimetre.
